Pricing questions
What counts as an endpoint?
Any Windows or Linux workstation, server, virtual machine or cloud PC that Continu-US checks. Network devices and cloud accounts are counted separately and don’t use endpoint slots.
What counts as a network device?
Network devices are firewalls today; switch and router support is being added.
Do network devices count toward endpoints?
No. Network devices have their own limit in each tier.
What counts as a cloud account?
Each Microsoft 365/Azure tenant, AWS account, Google Cloud project or Google Workspace tenant counts as one. Domains connected only for email DNS checks don’t count.
What does onboarding include?
Onboarding is product setup: we install Continu-US in your Azure tenant (Commercial or Government), load your existing GPOs, STIGs and SCAP results as your baseline, customize checks, pilot, roll out and train your administrators. It typically takes 4–6 weeks.
Where does our data live?
In your own Azure tenant. Continu-US runs there as a managed application, so your data never leaves your tenant. Azure usage is billed by Microsoft to your own subscription.
Can we go without vendor access?
Yes. You choose supported access or no vendor access at all.
What if we outgrow a tier?
Move up at any time, prorated for the rest of your term. You pay only the difference in onboarding or setup fees. New devices beyond your limit aren’t added until you move up.
