Managed Cybersecurity, Data Backup, and Disaster Recovery Services

Anthony Timbers LLC provides a robust offering of managed cybersecurity services to our clients. What are managed cybersecurity services exactly? Well, it means that we fully manage the cybersecurity of your company. This means that we handle the protection of your assets (computers, servers, data) for you so that you can focus on running your business. Services like this are crucial for small-medium sized businesses that cannot afford to hire multiple security analysts and engineers for full time jobs and also procure all of the required software to protect and monitor your company’s assets. This would most likely cost any company over $100,000 just to get the ball rolling. With our managed cybersecurity service, any company can get going for as low as $60/device. All you do is install simple agents on your computer and we handle the rest. We also will conduct Incident Response activities in case a breach or incident is detected and ensure that you and your company recover properly at an additional hourly rate.

Our Tiers

Tier 1 – Essential

This plan will provide you will most of what you need to get started with cybersecurity and backup needs. Antivirus protection, patch management, active protection, exploit prevention, URL filtering, etc. One drawback is that you can only use Acronis cloud for backup storage outside of local storage. Another is that mobile devices are not supported on this tier. The supported devices are: Windows workstation, Windows Server, Linux server, Mac, VMware vSphere based backup, and Hyper-V based backup. Almost all the Cyber protection features are on the tier one also you get file level back up and that is all. Archive encryption for backups and Incremental/differential backups are available options. You receive very fast recovery as well for web restore and their recovery manager. All services are cloud based. This plan is best for a company that just has basic cybersecurity/backup needs and is on a tight budget.

Tier 2 – Standard

Tier 2 comes with more advanced cybersecurity and recovery/backup features. Everything that comes with Tier 1 comes with Tier 2 as well. In addition to the devices covered by Tier 1, backups of mobile devices are also supported (iOS and Android). On the cybersecurity side of things, you get more advanced features for URL filtering, management of Windows Defender/Microsoft Security Essentials, Remote Device wiping capability, and Continuous data protection. Backup configuration options are also expanded and are more advanced (ESXi configuration backups, NAS/Shares backup, and System-state backups). A big difference as well comes from the expanded support for backups, including Application aware disk backup, Active Directory objects granular restoration capabilities, Active directory domain controller backup/restoration capabilities, and more. The option to backup to the public cloud like AWS, Azure, and Google is available as well. This plan is best suited for any company that is getting started and has no security or has a decent number of assets that need to be protected better (25+).

Tier 3 – Advanced

Tier 3 comes with everything the other tiers offer but has a few more specific capabilities. For cybersecurity, you gain the capability of scanning backups for malware, whitelisting capabilities, and forensic capabilities for investigations. Microsoft Exchange/SQL clusters can be backed up as well with this plan. This plan is better suited for a more advanced/mature corporate environment
